Hands -On Projects List

Below are the list of projects members at the Back Office Club  have completed or are currently working on.

• Task Manager App [UI Design Project]  –  with this project, club members learn how to work on a new project to build a mobile app, eliciting requirements, determining MVP, working with UI designs, writing user stories and learning how to deliver requirements to the development team.
• Fly Tipping Project [ Process Flow Diagrams Project] – In this project we look at a process currently in place and learn how to design the AS-IS process flow and conceptualize an improved process that removes inefficiencies and reduces waste.
• Retail Banking Project  Account Summary & Internal Payments  -In this project you will get introduced  to a retail banking project and work the project from scratch to build the features for account summary screens and also the internal payments transfer screens!
