Once you have signed up for the Back Office Club membership, you will be given a welcome packet with links to important sites for you to access our community resources. The link will be sent to the Karaleise.com email we created for you but also a copy will be sent to the email you used to sign up with.
We are constantly improving the wait time for our new member sign up process. Currently after you make the payment it will take up to 48 hours to get you all the access rights and logins you will need for the different tools.This includes email, agile software tools, document drive and chat.
Our support range from helping you get setup on the different tools as well as answering questions on payments, courses and documents.
Depending on whether you have single sign on or not, you can change your password from within the apps you have access to by using the forgotten password links.
To view subscription payments login to your payment portal using the email you used to sign up and the one time pass code.
To upgrade or downgrade a membership plan, login to your payment portal using the email address you first signed up with and the one time pass code.
You can change your plan options in the payment portal and the new subscription will be immediately charged. Your existing subscription will be pro-rated and you will be credited for time remaining in the existing billing cycle. See documentation
You can cancel your membership at any time.
Login to your payment portal using the original email you signed up with in order to cancel.
Once you have completed cancellation, you will no longer be able to access the apps, tools, documentation, resources or online courses. Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will lose all data associated to your login. Once account has been deactivated, the data cannot be recovered.
The Back Office Club does not allow pausing subscriptions at this time.
The Back Office Club does not issue refunds on our courses, memberships or any digital product.
The service is use or lose. If you do not use the products or services according to the plan you purchased, then we are not able to refund the amount paid or transfer the payment to another plan or time.
However you can cancel your subscription at any time. See our payment portal to cancel.
If you stop paying your subscription or if your payment does not go through, then your access to all Back Office Club tools and services will be revoked immediately.
Once you subscribe to any Back Office Club membership plan, you will be setup with a karaleise.com email on Google Workspace. This setup can take up to 48 hours but is often done much sooner than that.
Wait for an email to the email address you signed up with with the login details to access your karaleise.com email account.
You will need the karaleise.com email address to access any other tool and documentation from the Back Office Club.
If you subscribed to the Professional or Master’s Plan then your plan comes with access to Jira and Confluence. Our admins will send you an email to the email address you used to sign up with with your setup details. It can take up to 48 hours after you subscribed to get the login information – but often the setup is completed much sooner than that.

At the Back Office Club we use Slack as our primary instant messaging platform. All members will be setup on Slack. Setup will be done as a part of your welcome package that can take up to 48 hours after subscribing to get access to all the various environments.
Slack is a primary enterprise tool used by many organizations, by giving you exposure to slack, the Back Office Club helps your prepare for the real world of work.
There are many documents that Business Analysts use.
All Back Office Club members will have access to the document library on their Google Drive Workspace. In order to access the document library you will need to be logged in to your karaleise.com email address, from there you can access the project documentation folder and templates that you need.
Additional documents and templates will also be available in Confluence for those with a Professional or Masters subscription.
There will be frequent meeting for Back Office Club Members. These include squad stand ups, live training sessions, refinements etc.
There will also be a monthly sync with Karaleise.
To access any of our club meetings you must join the meeting with your karaleise.com email.

Today the Back Office Club is not affiliated with the IIBA and does not provide PDUs towards any IIBA cert. The training is also geared towards you knowing how to do the Functional Business Analyst job in the real world and not necessarily focused on the curriculum for any IIBA certification.
Whereas Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Analytics and Reporting is discussed, the Back Office Club membership is not geared towards excellence in those areas.
The Back Office Club membership today focuses on a functional BA role for those who aspire to work as Business Analysts on project teams to implement change in their organizations.
The Back Office Club includes documentation and templates for both agile and waterfall and also focuses heavily on the tools and techniques to operate in both environments.
There is very little discussion or materials on other methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma in most Back Office Club training materials.
If you have subscribed to the master’s membership plan, then you are also able to set 1-on-1 time with Karaleise. This can be up to 1 hour per month and is done on a first come first serve basis.
Hours are not accumulative and you will have to use them per month or you will loose them. Each month you are allocated another hour with Karaleise for that month.
You can set these as 15 minute increments 4 times or 30 minute increments 2 time or use the full hour at once based on what the calendar allows.
